The point is, I wasn't too terribly surprised when I dug out a pair of shoes that I hadn't seen since I moved back from Boston 6 months ago: my J.Crew silver Liv flats. So they went straight onto my feet for the day. Welcome back, silver shoes.

ReplyDeleteThe other day I went through two clothing bins, yet again, to cull down my excess and make room in my closet. Opening my closet was seriously sucking my will to live!
I found my RED VELVET PANTS that I wore for New Year's about 4 years ago and haven't worn since. I think those are going in the donation bag.

ReplyDeleteLove that blouse! Isn't it fun finding shoes you forgot you had? I always stick with the same old staples day after day - it never occurs to me to actually *look* in the closet! Those Liv Flats are adorable and they go with your outfit perfectly!

ReplyDeleteI love the "I forgot I owned this" closet finds! I can relate to the messy closet. Mine is just too packed to find anything and things fall off the hangers and are either lost in the abyss behind my shoes or are suspended their own dimension, sandwiched between two items that are still on hangers, so I never see it.
