For now, I'm celebrating some form of joy and bliss in the debut of this swingy and spotty frock:
spotted dress, vintage 90s
'bling-button' cardigan, j.crew [x]
eloise 'berry bush' tights, anthropologie [x]
'air margot' heels, cole haan [x]
wide belt, calvin klein
'pave heart' ring, coach [x]

I got this off of eBay for $5. I won't even bother to tell you how great that is because when this dress arrived, I was loving it. The print is so 90s that you can almost taste the genie pants and Adidas, but I think that as long as I stay away from pairing it with Keds and a denim floppy hat à la Singles, I should be okay.
You look really lovely and what a score on the dress cause it looks $$ expensive. :-)
ReplyDeleteLove your sense of style!
All I wanted during my entire childhood was a denim floppy hat. But my parents didn't love me enough to get me one. Sads.
ReplyDeleteGreat find for $5 and I love that it has somewhat of a full skirt!
ReplyDelete$5!? Aiiii!!! That is awesome! What a pwetty outfit!! I just scored a jcrew cardi off ebay in that exact color (aqua?)...it's the flutter bow cardi from last spring, i'm pretty excited about it ^^
ReplyDeleteCa-yute! And $5? Get out, that is *insane*. Great find, Amy! You rock it!
ReplyDeleteI love this look and I especially love how you paired it with patterned tights! You can put stuff together I wouldn't have thought of...and you ROCK it!

I love what you did what the dress. You made it look so good with the tights and shoes. Great job!
ReplyDeleteOh I adore this outfit Amy! The colors are awesome and the Berry Bush tights are the perfect touch!
ReplyDeleteDress is fabulous - what a deal! Looks like an expensive dress.
ReplyDeleteI'm seconding GingerSnap, I love the way you pair things.
What can I type that hasn't already been? I second everyone's comments!
ReplyDeleteCutecutecute! How I wish I had saved (and still fit into!) my dresses I had as a teen in the 90s!
ReplyDeleteI love that cardi belted (cause I have the same one)!! The dress looks great and so good of you to keep it. Knowing me, I'd donate it because I have a short-attention span!
ReplyDeleteI love the cardigan paired with the belt. So cute, as usual!
ReplyDeleteAmazing find on that dress! And I am liking how you pair the tights with open toe shoes.
ReplyDeleteThe dress looks great with the cardi and belt! I can't believe you found that on ebay - I always have the worst luck on that site.
ReplyDeleteI love Ebay. So cool. Why is 90s sounding vintage? I'm not ready. Wah!
ReplyDeleteI love that dress and the fact that you got it for just $5 makes it even better. The only bad part.....vintage 90's???? Now I am feeling old ;o)
ReplyDeleteMy eyes popped when I read $5, you look fantastic!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great deal on the dress! You look awesome
ReplyDeleteI love this outfit--you're bringing the 90's dress into your sense of style with a very modern look. Great eBay score! I need to get back into the hunt on there...
