stealing -- I mean, BORROWING -- from the Boy

Tasty Moog from Commonwealth Girl recently blogged about borrowing her dear SLA's shirt to wear, which reminded me of one of Boyfriend's particularly cozy sweaters that I've always wanted to pilfer for my own wardrobe usage.

Boyfriend: "Is that my sweater?"
Me: "Maaaaaaaaaaybe."

With so much "look" coming from the textured tights and textured/patterned shorts and giant sweater and my naturally giant hair, I knew I had to keep the accessories to a minimum with just a single gold bangle. After all, I didn't want to look like a Far Eastern Olsen Twin.

    I used to shop at men's section even in high school,I especially love their sweaters.

    hee hee! yes, sometimes it does feel more like stealing than borrowing. SLA didn't know i "borrowed" his shirt until he came home from work and saw me wearing it. :)

    love that eggplant-y sweater with the tweedy shorts!

    Very cute! I love the tweed shorts! There is no way I could borrow from my hubby...he is 6'4" tall...I'd be drowning in his stuff! =)

    Cute outfit! Like Jenni said, I would also never be able to borrow my bf's clothes..he is 5'11 and I am a mere 4'10!

    I've always wanted to steal one of my hubby's business shirts and wear it belted like a shirtdress..one day! You are certainly pushing me to do it...

    Nice mixing! That herringbone is lovely, and perfect for wearing with tights. I haven't worn shorts with tights since my high school days in the early 90s... I may try it again yet!
