I retrospect, I think a sleeveless top may have worked better so I don't look so upside-down triangle on top. Next time!
I'll leave you all with a Monday bite -- browned butter rice krispie treats with sea salt! The recipe is from Smitten Kitchen, and it's a winner every single time I make it. Enjoy!

You look adorable! I love your take on Kendi's original outfit. I need to try my hand at this too!
ReplyDeleteAw, this is so cute! I especially love how you tied the top...these two prints work perfectly together!
ReplyDeleteI miss seeing you in the calico dress - I'm glad you brought it back because it is such a fun and pretty piece!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Lisa -- I ADORE this dress on you and I'm so glad to see it back! Mmm delicious desserts. I may have to make these.
ReplyDeleteThose treats look as divine as you do in that ensemble!
ReplyDeleteThose rice krispie treats sound amazing.
ReplyDeleteYou look adorable! I love your take on her outfit.
cute cute combo! I love seeing how you used the inspiration but to what you already owned.
ReplyDeletethose rice krispie treats look so yummy. can i come over for some ;)?
What a cute combo! Those rice krispies remind me of kellogs LCMs bars and look very yummy. I have a fondness for sweet and very subtly salty things right now.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! I never would think to put a top over a dress, but it can really work! Especially when you have a cropped top (I would never dare wear those with my belly hanging out!) But over a dress, it totally makes it ok ;)
ReplyDeleteLove your take on her outfit. Now I'm starting to rack my brain of how I can combine stripes with polk a dots.... hmmmmmm :)
ReplyDeleteCute outfit!
ReplyDeleteWhere are your plates from?
I would never in a million years thought to have paired this together but it looks fantastic! this is why I love reading personal style blogs - so much inspirations.
ReplyDeleteI also really dig your nails - you always have the cutest manicure!
You look amazing! I really love the fullness of that printed skirt!
